CHARACTERISTICS OF ZM275

– Al, Mg, Si, and other alloying elements added to the zinc-coated hot-dipped aluminum-magnesium steel (ZM275) significantly enhance the corrosion inhibition effectiveness of the coating. Compared to conventional galvanized products, this coating has lower adhesion but can achieve corrosion resistance that is 10-20 times greater than hot-dipped galvanized steel.

– The coating components around the continuous cut surface dissolve to form a dense protective film primarily composed of zinc hydroxide, zinc chloride, and magnesium hydroxide. This protective film has low electrical conductivity and effectively inhibits corrosion at the cut edges.

– Due to its ultra-high corrosion resistance, which is 10-20 times greater than that of conventional hot-dipped galvanized sheets, and its self-repairing effect against corrosion at cut edges, the lifespan of structures, components, and frames using ZM275 can be very long, averaging over 30 years.

Currently, Phu Nguyen Steel is the largest and most reputable company producing and supplying G550 lightweight steel frame houses in both AZ100 – AZ150 and ZM275 variants. With over 20 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and industrial construction, our factory covers more than 20,000 m², along with a nationwide network of distributors and partners from north to south, distributing and constructing G550 lightweight steel frame prefabricated houses across the country.
